About Me

November 6th, 2006

My name is Kimberly Jones and I am a newly married 31 year old, living in Phoenix, AZ. I have been in this beautiful state since the fall of 1995 when I began my education at Arizona State University. In the 7 years I attended ASU, I obtain three degrees- a BSW, a BS in Family Resources and Human Development, and a MSW.

I am currently employed as a crisis counselor with Terros and in October of 2008 I celebrated 6 years with the company. In March of 2006 I obtained the highest license a social worker can achieve and am now a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, better known as LCSW. In a nut shell this means I could open my own practice and have a lot more legal responsibilities.

I am married to a wonderful, loving man [Hi Scott!] We tied the knot on July 15th, 2008 in Yosemite National Park. The ceremony was beautiful, intimate and full of nature- everything we could ask for. We have been together since the fall of 1997 and this year will be our 12th year together. We got engaged in Yellowstone National Park on a romantic hike that ended up at Shoshone Lake. Very special. It is exciting to be married and to be venturing into new territory for our relationship.

Scott and I have 2 pets: a 8 year old orange tabby named Love Bug and a 4 year old Border Collie mix named Sipapu. We found Sipapu in the middle of Monument Valley in northern Arizona. He was skin and bones and had obviously been deserted in the desert. We rescued him and have been loving him ever since. Love Bug is well..a love bug, thus his name. ;-) He brings so much joy to our lives.

I grew up in Westford, MA and graduated from Westford Academy in June of 1995.
